I went there today 07/24/26 I had the worst experience. I go to that store all the time and had never had any issues until today. I am Hispanic and have a bit of an accent, but they have always understood my orders in the past; today, however, was an exception. I think everyone working there was new, as I had never seen them before. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, which took ages. When I got to the window, they handed me something I hadn't ordered. I told them that wasn't what I asked for—I had wanted a caramel frappé—but they gave me something else entirely. Instead of giving me what I ordered, the barista caught an attitude and started telling me how I should speak. I found it very inappropriate and unprofessional with attitude for her to speak to me that way as a customer, I deserve respect. That is not the right way to handle things. All she had to say was, "I'm sorry, the service wasn't up to par; let us make what you ordered."

Do not go to this location. I've given this location multiple chances and have been let down every time. Drinks are either made wrong and I am told with disrespect that I was in the wrong by employees even though I didn't order what I was given. Also twenty to thirty minute wait times for three grande drinks. Dont go to this location.

Great service nice people. That's it's always packed. Treat your customers good your going to have business.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks was very disappointing. The wait for my coffee was much longer than expected, even though the location was not particularly busy. What was most upsetting was the attitude of one of the employees, who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke to customers in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Instead of making guests feel welcome, her behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the coffee, and unfortunately this location falls short in that regard. I hope management pays attention to how customers are treated and takes steps to improve the overall experience.

This place is a joke. Had to go back 3 times because they can’t get an order correct. Asked for manager and he tells me I shouldn’t be upset like what? Wasting my time like hell no!!!
